Orders are processed and shipped on a weekly basis, with our primary shipping day being Wednesday. In some cases, orders may ship earlier depending on fulfillment capacity and inventory availability.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by delivery zone. We currently ship to the following zones:

• Global (all other international destinations)
  

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen transit issues once an order has been dispatched.

 
6. Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customs duties, import taxes, and any additional clearance fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

The customer is solely responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or handling fees required by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the shipment to be released by customs.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery failures resulting from unpaid customs charges.

 7. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

 
8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct and that the delivery location is secure. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
