Laptop & Notebook
I use both almost daily—they’re essential for my work, my life, and my thoughts. I write everything down, I sketch to think, and I send emails (adulthood!). I bring them everywhere, and there’s rarely a day when I don’t use at least one to jot down ideas. To be honest, neither is irreplaceable, and it’s not about the specific items themselves—it’s just essential for me to have both.

Arc’teryx Totebag
Hands down, I love this tote bag. It’s amazing. I use it for my gym clothes, my work essentials, and as my go-to handbag when I travel. It has foldable sides to protect the inside from rain and is water-repellent on the outside. I haven’t found another tote that’s as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

A Good Pair of Trainers
Right now, I’m really into the EVO SL. It’s a super versatile trainer for city life—great for jogging, but also perfect for longer, faster runs. If I had to bring just one pair of shoes without knowing what the day would bring, it would be these.

A Good Sports Bra
I used to think that as long as I had running shoes, I could run no matter what. But honestly, running without a good sports bra can be uncomfortable and far from enjoyable. Some sports bras make it hard to breathe—and trust me, that’s not because I’m big-breasted! Finding one that allows movement, flexibility, and proper support is key.

A Shell Jacket
Like many others, I swear by my collection of shell jackets. Living in Copenhagen means unpredictable weather—rain is always a possibility. And since most people bike regardless of the forecast, including me, having a reliable rainproof outfit is a must. I own a few, but my Arc’teryx shell is the one I reach for the most.
